Shipping Policy – Outer Ape

At Outer Ape, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery times, and other important information.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders may experience delays during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to domestic and international locations.
Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated Shipping Time
- Domestic orders: 2-3 business days
- International orders: 5–10 business days
Shipping Countries
Outer Ape currently ships to customers from Singapore. We also ship to the United Kingdom and across Europe, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and the Czech Republic. In Asia, we ship to Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Taiwan. Our shipping coverage also includes Australia and New Zealand in Oceania, as well as the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. (Most of the time we provide Free shipping Domestic and international)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Outer Ape is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
